BiiGreen Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as  “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting our user’s privacy and complying with all applicable privacy regulations. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the YepiPet Mobile Application (“YepiPet app” or “app”),  the YepiPet website  https://www.yepipet.com/ (“Website”), and the YepiTag QR coded pet identification tag (collectively known as “YepiPet Services,” or “Services”). To accomplish this, our customers who use our Services (“Users,” or “you”) need to understand how we gather, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. “Personal Information” is information that could be used to identify a discernible individual. This Policy explains what personal information we may obtain about you when you use our Services including, but not limited to, downloading the YepiPet app, creating a profile, and entering additional information into the app. We reserve the right to add new features to the Services and amend this Policy at any time. Accordingly, we will notify you of material changes to this policy using the contact information you provide when you register your account.

‍Information We Collect
‍Our agents and representatives collect personal information through our Services for a variety of purposes (see “Use of Personal Information” below). We may collect information you share with us when you register a user account through our Services. To use the Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself and your pet, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and zip code, and your pet’s breed, gender, age, weight, medical records, and photo. To access premium services, we require information necessary to complete the financial transaction. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases. This information may include  names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, usernames, passwords, billing addresses, debit/credit card numbers, and other similar information. All personal/financial information that you provide us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information. Your financial information will only be transmitted by us to the financial institution servicing the payment account, an authorized third-party payment processor, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.We may also collect and save information associated with the tasks performed by all users of your account including, but not limited to, the date and time when the data was entered. We and our third-party service providers may also collect information from you through automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. By using the Services, you consent to the placement of cookies and similar technologies on the devices you use to access the Services, consistent with this privacy policy. The information collected in this manner may include IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Services. We use your IP address to approximate your location.If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, most internet browsers allow you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice to decline or accept the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site. However, if you do not accept cookies, this may limit the Services we are able to provide you.

● To deliver YepiPet Services.
● To improve our Services and enhance overall user experience with YepiPet.
● To provide you the most useful in-app ads from YepiPet and its partners.
● To keep necessary business records for managing and administering our business, which may include bringing and defending legal actions.
● To meet insurance, security and processing, legal, and regulatory requirements as otherwise authorized or required by law.
‍● To enable user-to-user communications with each user’s consent.To analyze your use of our Services to better understand how they are being used and how we can improve our Services and the User experience.Disclosure of Your Personal Information

‍Personal Information may be shared with our representatives, contractors, or third-party affiliates as required for these entities or individuals to perform services for us. We require all such representatives and contractors to refrain from disclosing or using any Personal Information they may obtain for any other purpose. We further require that they handle such information in accordance with this Policy. Some of our representatives and contractors are located outside of the United States and are subject to foreign laws that may have different requirements regarding the handling of Personal Information.

In the event that part or all of our business and assets are sold, insured, financed, assigned, securitized, or otherwise liquidated, we may disclose Personal Information to the entities or companies involved in the transaction to help them decide whether to move forward with transaction or to provide continuity of Services.

Additionally, your contact information may be shared via the QR code on the YepiTag product. For YepiTag to function as intended, it is essential that you permit some form of valid contact information to be communicated by the QR code on the tag. This way a person who finds your lost pet can contact you to arrange for its return. After purchase of YepiTag, you must link the tag to your YepiPet app profile. The YepiTag QR code may be read through the standard camera program or any QR reader mobile application on an internet-connected device. You will receive a notification whenever your pet’s YepiTag is scanned. Anyone can enter the tag number on the YepiPet website to report the pet associated with the tag has been found.

‍By using our Services, you consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing your Personal Information as described in this Policy or as separately stated at or prior to collection, use, or disclosure. Please do not submit Personal Information through any of our Services if you do not want this information being collected, used, or disclosed in this manner. This may limit the Services we can provide to you. Our services are not intended for use by children under age 13. Please do not allow children to communicate their personal information through the Service without the consent of a parent or guardian.

‍We take the protection of your Personal Information seriously, using physical, procedural, or electronic security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the Personal Information in our custody, which may incorporate protection against theft, along with unauthorized access, use, copying, or modification.

We will organize and maintain a record of your Personal Information for the purposes stated in this Policy.
