Thank you for using YepiPet!  This mobile application and the YepiPet website https://www.yepipet.com/ (hereinafter the “Service”) is designed to empower pet owners within a household to collaborate in taking care of their pets in the best possible way through monitoring tasks, medications, health, and the prices of pet products across online platforms. The Service allows seamless communication between all the people who care for your pets and allows you to assign tasks such as walking, feeding, and taking the pets to the vet.

By installing this Service, you are entering into a contract with BiiGreen Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “us,” “we,” or “our”), and you agree you are  bound by these terms of service (“Terms of Service”).

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF SERVICE. BY CLICKING ON “I AGREE,” YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND YOU ACCEPT TO BE BOUND BY THE EXISTING TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY (https://www.yepipet.com/privacy-policy/). If you do not accept the Terms of Service, you are not authorized to access the Service. If you subsequently choose to revoke your consent to the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy, or if you are dissatisfied with the Service in whole or in part at any point, you agree that your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

PERMITTED USE OF THE SERVICE
Our Service is for personal and non-commercial use only. The Service is intended to be used only for general informational purposes and as a tool for your convenience. It is not a substitute for the advice of a professional veterinarian, and it should not be used by an untrained person to attempt veterinary or medical practice or to diagnose any condition. While we strive to ensure the information contained on the Service is current and correct, neither we nor any other content creator on the Service makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, or services presented on the Service. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. You have the sole responsibility to ensure that your pets are safe and properly cared for.

ACCOUNT TERMS
Upon creating an account with us, you must give accurate, complete, current, and true information about yourself, including a valid email address and zip code (collectively known as the “Account Information”). The registering e-mail will be verified via a confirmation link. You should keep your Account Information updated and current at all times.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for keeping your Account Information, including passwords and restricted access to hardware, private and that you may be held liable for all the activities performed on your account. It is your responsibility to report any unauthorized use of your account or any known breach of security. You can contact us through our support channel. See section “Contact Us” below.

Financial transactions executed through the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions pertaining to the transaction.

PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. By providing this information, you represent that you are authorized to use the account from which payment will be made.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to rescind mistaken or invalid orders, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
‍All content published or otherwise found in and through the Service, including, but not limited to, code, designs, logos, images, and text (collectively known as “Content”), is the property of BiiGreen Ltd. Your use of the Service does not give you ownership of any Content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to print and share Content for personal and non-commercial use. All trademarks displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Your license to use the Service shall not be construed as a license or right to use any trademark without prior written permission from the owner. Misuse of intellectual property displayed through the Service is absolutely prohibited and may subject the violator to termination of access to the Service in addition to other remedies permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless BiiGreen Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from all liabilities, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Service, either your personal use or that of any authorized users of your account, that is in violation of the Terms of Service, including, but not limited to, the distribution of Content you create on the Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that your use of the Service is solely at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BiiGreen Ltd., its owners, directors, employees, representatives, partners, affiliates, suppliers, and agents, shall not be responsible for any loss or damages you may sustain arising out of your use of the Service, or any other websites you or any users of your account may access through the Service, or your reliance on the accuracy and completeness of the information on the Service, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages whether civil or criminal in nature, business losses, or the disclosure or loss of your Content or personal information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, warranty of suitability for a particular purpose, and warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. We do not guarantee non-violation of third-party rights, compatibility with hardware or other software, or freedom from malware. We do not  guarantee that the Service will be constant or flawless, that these defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the host server that makes the Service available are free from harmful components. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any or no reason. Violation of the Terms of Service may result in suspension or termination of your ability to access the Service.

Whenever the laws of another jurisdiction apply, the laws of the United States of America and of the State of Washington will also be applied to the maximum extent possible, and all parties irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction and laws of the State of Washington.
Integral Agreement. These Terms of Service and all other information, records, or documents referenced herein form the entire agreement between us and you with regards to your use of the Service. We do not agree to be bound by any oral or written promises or representations other than those contained in these Terms of Service.
Waiver. Our failure or forbearance to enforce strict performance of any part of this agreement shall not be regarded as a waiver of any power or right.
Severability. If any part of these Terms of Service is later determined to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall not affect the remainder of this agreement.
Language. BiiGreen Ltd. and all concerned parties have deemed that these Terms of Services and all other content or documents be drawn up in English.
